BackDRAFT — needs legal review before public launch
Terms of Service

Last updated: 3 August 2026

1. Who you are contracting with

These terms are between you and legal entity name — to be completed, registered at registered address — to be completed ("FIBIKO", "we"). By creating an account you accept them.

2. What FIBIKO is — and what it is not

FIBIKO provides informational and educational tools: market analysis, AION commentary, Setup Score, and a demo trading simulation. None of it is investment advice, a personal recommendation, or a guarantee of any outcome.

We are not a broker, investment firm or exchange. We do not execute real orders, we do not hold your funds, and every position you open in Demo terminal is a simulation. Read the Risk Disclosure before relying on anything the product shows you.

You alone are responsible for every decision you make on the basis of information shown in the product.

3. Your account

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. Sign-in uses a one-time code sent to your email, so keep access to that mailbox secure — anyone who can read it can sign in as you. One account per person; do not share it.

4. Plans, prices and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, at the price shown on the pricing page when you subscribe. Prices are in euro and include VAT where it applies. Payment is processed by Stripe.

Your subscription renews automatically for the same period until you cancel. We will tell you in advance of any price change, and you may cancel before it takes effect.

5. Your 14-day right to withdraw

As a consumer in the EU/EEA you may withdraw from a subscription within 14 days of purchase, without giving a reason, and receive a full refund.

Because FIBIKO is digital content supplied immediately, that right ends once you ask us to start straight away and acknowledge you are giving it up — which is what happens when you begin using a paid plan inside the 14 days. If you have not used the paid features, the full right stands. To withdraw, email info@fibiko.com.

6. Cancelling, and what happens to your data

You can cancel at any time from Settings or the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your plan keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not pro-rate part-months beyond the withdrawal right in section 5.

To delete your account and its data entirely, email info@fibiko.com.

7. Acceptable use

Do not scrape or resell the data, attempt to break the access controls, or use the service to break the law.

8. Availability and changes

The platform is in active development. Access may be limited or interrupted, and features may change or be withdrawn. We do not promise a specific uptime figure. Where a change materially reduces what a paid plan gives you, you may cancel and we will refund the unused part of the period.

9. Liability

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death, personal injury, fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer. Subject to that, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profit, or decisions you make using the product, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of governing jurisdiction — to be completed, and disputes go to the courts of competent courts — to be completed. As a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in, and you may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
